Situado en la Plaza Sitios, 6, fue construido en 1908 con motivo de la Exposición Hispano-Francesa. Alberga restos prehistóricos y arqueológicos junto con una interesante exposición de pintura, donde destacan valiosas obras de Goya.
Situado en la calle Espoz y Mina, 23, está situado en el bello edificio renacentista del Palacio de los Pardo. Alberga una importante colección privada de pintura, escultura, dibujo y cerámica que este celebre historiador de arte donó a la ciudad.
Situado está ubicado en el palacio de Argillo y recoge una colección de escultura contemporanea.
