Escudo cuartelado en que se representan los ocho antiguos Partidos Judiciales: 1� de gules, una cruz patriarcal de oro, acompañada en cada ángulo de cuatro cabezas de reyes moros (que es de Jaca); 2� partido, a) de Aragón, b) de plata, un árbol de sinople, y brochante sobre el todo, un escudete de azur (que es de Fraga); 3� de plata, un escudete de Aragón, coronado de oro, acostado a cada lado de un león rampante de gules, y acompañado en lo alto y en lo bajo de un castillo de piedra (que es de Benabarre); 4� de azur, una ballesta, de plata la costilla y lo demás de oro, acompañada de cinco escudetes con las barras de Aragón (que es de Sariñena); 5� de plata, un arbusto de tamariz, entre dos escudetes coronados de Aragón (que es de Tamarite); 6� de sinople, un hombre barbado mirando de frente, y en orden cinco escudetes de Aragón (que es de Barbastro); 7� de oro, un castillo de piedra, sumado de una cruz resaltada de una encina sobre la torre de homenaje con el mote "Haec est victoria nostra" (que es de Boltaña). Sobre el todo, escusón con las armas de Huesca capital (Un jinete de plata, lanza en ristre, en campo de gules; en cantón diestro de jefe una mitra de oro, y el mote "Urbs Victrix Osca" en punta).
