La Semana Santa es una de las fiestas mas sentidas y con más participación de la ciudad de Huesca.
Cada barrio participa con su propia cofradia, donde además de los pasos procesionales, participa con su propia presencia humana que se manifiesta a través de sus propios uniformes y estandartes, su propia representación de los hechos a conmemorar, su propia representación musical que magnifica y soleniza el recorrido y abanza a un ritmo ensayado los meses previos y propio de cada cofradia.

Una animada reconstrución historica por parte de las cofradias permite que los soldados romanos participen en la celebración.
