Benasque’s waters contain sulphur, bicarbonate and sodium. They spout out at a temperature of 37ºC. The treatments available are anti-rheumatism, beauty treatments and dermatherapy. The thermal facilities in Benasque Spa are 8 bath-tubs, 2 water-massage bath-tubs, simple and Scottish jets, and a massage room.
Apart from the spa, Benasque has other tourist and cultural attractions: the Romanesque churches in the Ribagorza area, the local popular festivals, the impressive landscape of the valleys and ibones (lakes originated in the glacial era in the Aragonese Pyrenees) in the Posets and Maladeta massifs, and Aneto’s peak.
