NATURAL SPACES IN ARAGON : OTROS LUGARES DE INTERES
GARCIPOLLERA
Reserva nacional de caza. Es un valle de media montaña situado en el valle del río Aragón, al N. de Jaca, donde se ha efectuado una repoblación de ciervos, con bosques naturales de abeto, pino y roble.
LOS MONEGROS:
Es una amplia estepa subdesértica, con un paisaje y un ecosistema singulares. Presencia esteparia en el Saso de Osera. Muelas de Tramaced, Marcén y Terrén. En el bajo Cinca, destacan las Ripas de Alcolea, con vistosas chimeneas de hadas y abundantes rapaces.
SIERRA DE ALCUBIERRE:
Cierra la depresión del Ebro por el norte, alcanzando los 811m. de altura. Está formada por residuos del Ebro, que ascienden en forma de plataformas. Bosques de sabinas y pino carrasco.
MONTES DE ZUERA
Reserva de caza constituída por un extenso pinar de pino carrasco de forma poco accidentada al norte de Zaragoza. Son muy importantes como freno a la erosión del suelo para aprovechamiento de las lluvias y como refugio para el jabalí, gato montés y varias rapaces.
