Mas de las Matas está ubicado geográficamente en un punto estratégico, que prácticamente equidista de Madrid y Barcelona (300 Km aprox.).
Por otra parte su proximidad y buenas comunicación con Zaragoza (130 Km. aprox.) lo convierten en un lugar ideal para realizar una escapada.
En su salida al mar, Vinaroz se convierte en el punto más cercano, distando 120 Km. aproximadamente.
Está comunicado mediante las carreteras regionales A-225 y A-226, provenientes de Alcorisa y Calanda respectivamente.
Desde Forcall se puede acceder por la CV-14.
