The City Council of Albalate de Cinca, province of Huesca, records began to amend its Shield heraldry and adoption of its Flag municipal under Article 22.2.b) of Ley 7/1985, april 2, regulating the Bases de Régimen Local; articles 186, 187 and 188 of Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales and Decreto 1/1992, of 21 January, of the Diputación General de Aragón, by regulating the process of rehabilitation, modification or adoption of Shields, Flags and other symbols Municipalitys and other local entities Comunidad Autónoma de Aragón.
The procedural formality be substantiated under the above standards, include the report of the Advisory Council Heraldry and Symbolism of Aragon, and report of Real Academia de la Historia.
By virtue of the proposal of Consejero de Presidencia and Relaciones Institucionales and after deliberation of the Diputación General, at its meeting on December 28, 1994,
DISPONGO:
Sole Article.--Authorizing the Ayuntamiento de Albalate de Cinca, province of Huesca, to amend its Shield heraldry and adoption of its Flag municipal, to be organized as follows:
Cuadrilongo circular base. Azur, silver wing, loaded with a Tower of color. Al timbre, Crown Royal's closed Shield Nacional of Spain.
Your cloth will be rectangular, of dimensions 2:3, color azur, in the center of which inscribes a white lozenge, within which represents the Shield municipal.
As in Zaragoza, diciembre twenty-eight of nineteen ninety and four.
