Building R. Sanabria. It occupies the site of the former convent of San Francisco.
It is an excellent example of the adaptation of the classic Aragonese palace and representation of functionality due to the great centers of public administration.
Inside there is a roof, "Elegy," the greatest work of the Aragonese painter Antonio Saura, conducted over an area of 200 square meters in 1987.
