The town was abandoned in 1966, but since November 1998 the old neighbors and descendants and have regained the celebration of the local festival, San Saturnino (November 29).
In press there have been several notes on the case of this town and its recovered building (a "fraginal" or hayloft), converted to refuge for Sunday meetings. In The newspaper of Aragon on Sunday, the 9th, there is a whole page dedicated to it.
They have identified the buildings, demolished the church, conditioned the most frequented access path (the path of Torrijos).
Recently they have made the Hydrological Plan of Bergosa (PHB) approaching with a hose the water of the source to the fraginal (250 meters of trench ditch ...).

From here a recommendation to come to know all this. The landscape is beautiful.
In http://go.to/Bergosa you will see that there is a section entitled "How to get to Bergosa", where instructions are given "cum laude" to reach this village.
In http://go.to/Chesus you will see the video-documentaries, of altoaragonesa theme almost all and most referred to La Garcipollera.
On January 5 world premiere of a new video-documentary of La Garcipollera in the Palace of Congresses of Jaca.

Photo of the party held on December 2. There you see the fraginal.
